As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) with R2S Agency, you play a pivotal role in healthcare settings, providing essential support to Registered and Enrolled Nurses (RN, EN) and delivering personal care to patients. You'll assist with basic care needs, relay information between nurses and patients, record patient outcomes, and ensure a safe environment.

Requirements for AINs

Joining Our AIN Team

Minimum of 6 months recent paid experience or completion of 2 nursing placements as a Bachelor of Nursing Student.

Right to work in Australia, with all required vaccinations and serology

Flexibility with shift availability (AM/PM/ND) and openness to short-notice shifts.

Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care or current student in Bachelor of Nursing with completion of aged care placements

NDIS Card desirable not essential.

Two clinical references.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do as an AIN

Assist with basic care needs in daily living.

Relay patient enquiries to RNs and explain responses.

Record patient outcomes and status accurately.

Report workplace and patient risks to management.

Change simple dressings.
